Cottage rentals are a 2-night minimum, and rates quoted are double occupancy.

Quiet Season Rates: 1/1 - 4/31/2012
$150/night, $25 each additional person per day. Small children stay free sleeping with parent.$900/week (one night free)

High Season Rates: 5/1 - 12/31/2012
$175/night, $35 each additional person,
except children sleeping with parent(s).
$1050/week(one night free)

Reservation/Cancellation Policy:

Reserve room with deposit of one night’s lodging rate for 2 nights or ½ down for stays of three nights or more. A full refund is given with two-week advance notice of cancellation; a gift certificate for amount paid is issued with less than a 2 week notice. Deposit is non-refundable with less than 48 hours cancellation notice
($10 handling fee for cancellations).

It has two bedrooms, with queen and double bed, fully equipped kitchen, tea and coffee provided, two bathroooms, a.c., woodstove, heating, child friendly, surrounded by hills, woodlands in a valley with 66 acres, hiking trails, labyrinth, birding, snowshoeing, biking. Good for individuals, families, work groups, friends, couples.
